Women's Ministry Mission Statement

At FLMI, we believe in the power and potential of women to shape families, churches, and communities through faith, wisdom, and service. The Women’s Ministry exists to empower women to grow spiritually, lead courageously, and support one another in love.

Through fellowship, teaching, mentorship, and outreach, we seek to nurture women in every season of life—encouraging them to become all that God has called them to be.

Weekly Women’s Fellowship

A time for worship, the Word, sharing life experiences, and prayer. Open to women of all ages and backgrounds.

Mentorship Circles

Older women disciple younger women, walking with them through marriage, motherhood, career, and faith.

Women’s Conferences & Retreats

Powerful gatherings focused on healing, identity, empowerment, and vision.

Skills Training & Economic Empowerment

Programs that equip women with practical skills such as tailoring, crafts, farming, and entrepreneurship.
