Pr. Erimu Julius Peter
Founder/ executive director
Erimu Julius Peter, is by the grace of God the Founder and Executive Director of Frontline Ministries International.
He was born and raised in Kumi District to a family that did not know salvation. However, in 1993 Pr. Erimu received the Lord Jesus Christ as a personal Lord and Savior and this changed his life from the kind with a dark a history, but this turned out to be a training ground for the call that the Lord had in prepared.
At primary seven level of eduction, he recieved salvation and getting to know Christ meant an opening of a door of ministry that he could not foresee. God started calling him into full time ministry immediately within the same year. However, due to lack of knowledge of God’s ways and seemingly considering himself not deserved, he consistently resisted and ignored the voices, the messengers, the visions, the dreams and messages from the Lord that drove and pointed towards the same thing, that is, the “call to full time ministry”.
In 1998, Pr. Erimu had a full face-to-face encounter with Christ himself whereby the Lord appeared to him and expressed the pain of how he, Julius, “crucified Him for the second time” (meaning; his resistance, delays and stubbornness brought pain to the Lord)”. So, in an express instruction within the encounter, the Lord told him to leave
studies and go to do His work (ministry). The next day Pr. Erimu packed his things, left school (Maraka Collage, Kumi) and straightaway headed to Bukedea where He had instructed me to go.
The first three years of ministry (that is 1998-2000) were years of untold suffering; this involved sleeping in the open, sleeping on trees, living without food, living without clothing, with a lot of persecution which not only came from outside the Church but more inside the Church, by fellow servants and Church leaders. Yet, in all these, the Grace of the Lord used me mightily with miracles, signs and wonders bringing revival to the Church.
His joy is now seeing the fulfilment of God’s call to ministry!!
